This week's featured pet: Kitty
Female, Maine Coon, 9.5 years old
Kitty enjoys looking out the window, sleeping in her bed, and laying in her foster mom's lap.
But there are still things she's afraid of- other cats, new people, fast movements, her paws being touched.. she also gets overstimulated/scared easily when there are new people around, so she needs an adopter who can see through her fear to her potential and who can offer Kitty the time to build trust.
Kitty would prefer a quiet calm space. Once she gets used to you, she'll lay in your lap for pets, lick your hand, and plop on her side to nap near your legs. So adorable right?! Kitty would do best as the only pet.
