The Niagara Association of Realtors reports that the real estate market is returning to a more "normal" level of activity, after months of a very competitive market.
President of the Niagara Association of Realtors Doug Rempel says there were fewer new listings and sales reported in July for the first time in 15 months.
The association says it is anticipated the market will cool down, and that homes are no longer always selling over the asking price.
