Who has the most beautiful Christmas lights in Thorold?
Once again, City Hall is organizing a Festival of Lights to find out.
Local residents and businesses are invited to submit a photo of their outdoor Christmas lights displays. The pictures are then uploaded to an interactive map, where residents can explore the holiday decorations throughout the city.
Between Dec. 22 and Jan. 1, residents can vote for their favourite light display, and the lucky winner will receive a gift certificate from a local Thorold business.
Submissions to the Thorold Festival of Lights will be accepted until Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 4 p.m. To submit your Christmas lights display, fill out the following form.
