Downtown Thorold is looking a little different these days.
It’s taken over a year but the new dental office on the corner of Front St. S and Clairmont St. has almost completed construction — and last week, the business' new sign was finally installed.
The building was designed by Raimondo + Associates Architects, and features a fully glazed entrance atrium that has completely transformed the look of the street corner.
The property used to be owned by RBC, who closed the bank branch back in 2019.
Pine Street Dental will now move into the newly designed building. To kick off their new chapter, they will be rebranding as SmiLee Dental Centre, a nod to the business' owner and head dentist Dr. Andrew Lee.
An open house is planned for Saturday, August 5.
