Margaret Stark has an extra $10,000 to spend courtesy of Hospice Niagara’s 5 Car Draw. The St. Catharines woman is the winner of the Early Bird Draw, held on Monday.
Every year, the Early Bird Draw kicks off the excitement in Hospice Niagara’s annual 5 Car Draw fundraising campaign, which culminates with a Grand Prize Draw for more than $245,000 in cash and car prizes on the Civic Holiday in August.
Right up to the final draw people can add in 50/50 tickets when they buy a 5 Car Draw ticket, for more chances to win.
Every tickets helps people live well throughout their illness, at end of life and while grieving a death. Proceeds stay in Niagara and are vital to ensuring programs and services are free of cost for people and families across the region.
The 50/50 and Grand Prize Draws will take place Monday, Aug. 5 at 3 p.m. and include:
- 50/50 prize of an estimated $28,680 and growing
- 2024 Chevy TRAX 1RS (or take $20,000 cash)
- 2024 Honda Civic LX-B (or take $25,000 cash)
