Quotes
“It was an honour to serve as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Indigenous Services and work with so many Indigenous Communities across the country. I have no doubt that MP Jenica Atwin, will continue the work we started in that role. I am ready to get to work with The Honorable Pablo Rodriguez, Minister of Transport and Quebec Lieutenant on this new file. Having Chaired the Transport, Infrastructure and Communities Standing Committee and continuing to work on Niagara’s Transport (Supply Chain) issues, this file is not new to me. As always, I will continue to work as hard as I possibly can for the residents of Niagara and I welcome the opportunity to take on this additional responsibility in service to the citizens of Canada.” - Vance Badawey, Member of Parliament for Niagara Centre
“This summer, we heard from Canadians about the issues that matter most to them. From putting more money back in the pockets of families, to building more homes, faster, and helping stabilize grocery prices, we are taking real and serious action. As the House returns this Monday, I know this team is ready to work hard to continue delivering real progress for Canadians.” - The Rt. Hon. Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada
