Niagara Falls man identified as suspect in Aurora shooting

York Regional Police have charged a 37-year-old with first degree murder related to the shooting of an Aurora man. 

The shooting took place June, 12 at about 12:17 p.m. at a residential home on Stubbs Lane, located in the area northwest of Wellington Street East and Leslie Street, police said. The 38-year-old Mohammad-Saeid Boubash, 38, of Aurora, was killed 

Attending officers located one adult male and one adult female suffering from gunshot wounds upon arrival. Boubash was pronounced dead at the scene and the female victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Police have charged Michael Magee of Niagara Falls with first-degree murder.
