The successful youth initiative "The Big Noise" undertaken by The Niagara Regional Police Service Pipe Band is once again opening the doors to more young people across the entire Niagara Region.

The current band roster of 35 members includes 26 from ages 13 - 21. Band instructors will take the time to explain the program goals as they teach and enable youth from Grimsby to Fort Erie how to play bagpipes, the snare drum or the flourishing tenor drum.

The dedicated group of instructors is looking forward to meeting interested youth at the Legion Hall located at 5306 Spring St. in Niagara Falls any Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

If you would like to have pipers and drummers drop by your school to play a few tunes, please call and arrangements can be made.

For more information about the program please contact Pipe Major Peter MacKenzie 905 321 3489 or email: [email protected]
