In Ontario, the Fund is administered by the Association of Municipalities of Ontario to 443 municipalities to help local governments address priority infrastructure needs that have real, tangible impacts on their communities.

Improvements included the replacement of the existing storm sewer, replacement of sidewalks and curbs and the installation of new roadway lighting. This project was completed a year ahead of schedule. The Broderick Road Reconstruction Project supports a major goal of the City of Thorold’s Strategic Plan: To build and sustain infrastructure that generates civic pride.
