The Thorold Business Improvement Area Association (BIA) is once again celebrating the spooky season, by organizing a Halloween Puppy Parade on Saturday, October 28.

Last year, pooches from all over the Region came down to Thorold, to participate in the free event.

This year's puppy parade will take off from Jaycee Park on Saturday, October 28, at 10 a.m. Registration opens at 9:30 a.m.

There will also be a kids parade which will start from the same location at 1 p.m. with registration opening at 12:30 p.m.

You can preregister for both events by calling the Thorold Public Library.
