Welland is one of the best communities in Canada to live in, according to the paper Macleans annual rating. Factoring in things like affordability, population growth, tax rates, weather, and internet access, the paper ranks cities all across the nation according to the set criteria.
And while Niagara Falls ended up on 24th place, and St Catharines 32, Thorold didn't see a high placement on the list, coming in at number 148.
