A Thorold business woman has been recognized as the best in her game.
Donna Venditti received the title 'Administrator of the year' as one of five administrative professionals nominated from across Canada.
Venditti said she was pleased and honoured to win the award, ensuring to make Niagara proud.
“Often times assistants are tucked away in the background but I have never felt that way at Mountainview. Mark is very big on learning and growing. I attend conferences and webinars to gain knowledge to bring back to the position,” said Venditti to Thorold News.
Donna Venditti has worked for Mountainveiw Homes for 17 years, and as an executive assistant for president Mark Basciano for the past 12.
Outside her job she is also involved in many philanthropic endeavors representing Mountainveiw Homes, sits on the Women in Construction Board and is on the Advisory Board of the Administrative Professionals Conference Canada.
The contest is run by the AdminsRock conference.
The conference is the brainchild of entrepreneur Rhonda Sharf through her business consulting firm, On the Right Track.
