CHATHAM – The Barnstormers are on a roll.

Chatham-Kent took down the league’s top team for its fourth win in three days, beating the Welland Jackfish 11-5 on Sunday at Fergie Jenkins Field.

Seth Strong his IBL-leading 13th home run and also has an IBL-best 33 RBI after driving in two more runs Sunday. Braxton Haggith and Anthony Polowick each had three hits and drove in two, Mitsuki Fukuda went 3-for-4 with three RBI, Daniel Battel singled and scored four times and drove in a run, and Torrin Vaselenak went 3-for-5 and scored twice.

Cam O’Reilly (2-2) went six innings for the win, giving up four runs (three earned) on six hits with six walks and four strikeouts.

Chatham-Kent improved to 12-15.

Matteo Porcellato homered and drove in two for the Jackfish (20-6), who have dropped two straight. Ethan Hunt added a solo home run. Jonah Weisner had two hits and an RBI, and Jake Sanford singled twice.

Will Jackman (0-1) took the loss after allowing three runs on two hits and a walk in one-third of an inning.
