Passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, Dec 21, 2020 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of 51 years to Maria D'Epiro. Loving father of Anthony (Tanya) D'Epiro and Laura (Darren) Hodgkinson. Nonno will be greatly missed and remembered by his grandchildren Vanessa, Jessica, Emma, Ella, Kiefer and Mia. Cosmo is survived by his sister Maria DiCostanzo (the late Guisseppe) and his in-laws Dolores D'Addario (the late Vince), Clara Iamonaco (Nick), Guiseppe Rossi (Endolina) and Adelina Coppola (Vince), but predeceased by his brother Mario D'Epiro (Franca) and in-laws Pasquale Rossi, Corrado Rossi (Maria). Cosmo will be dearly missed by all of his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Arriving in Canada in the late 60's, Cosmo found his niche serving many friends at Ricci's Bar and Tavern. Then moved on to the Niagara Catholic School Board where he retired as a custodian. Cosmo had many passions, one of which was taking pride working in his garden. Another was watching soccer and car racing. Cosmo kept it simple. He will be dearly missed by everyone.
