BMW taken during Lincoln break and enter

A BMW SUV was taking during a break and enter in Lincoln on Aug. 6.

On Aug. 6, 2024, at approximately 4:45am, 8 District (Grimsby/Lincoln/West Lincoln) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) attended the area of Highland Park Drive and Stadelbauer Drive, in the town of Lincoln regarding a break and enter.

Investigation revealed that a suspect had entered the residence and demanded the victim’s car keys. The suspect was able to retrieve car keys for a 2022 grey BMW Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) then fled the residence an unknown direction.

The victims did not sustain any physical injuries because of the incident.

The suspect is described as:

  • Male
  • 5’10-6’1 feet tall
  • Skinny/Thin
  • 20-30 years old
  • Spoke English
  • Wore dark clothing and a dark balaclava over his face with exposed eye holes

Detectives with the NRPS Auto Theft Enforcement and Prevention Unit have taken carriage of the investigation along with detectives from our 8 District office.
