Lincoln man charged with exposing himself to 11-year-old

It's one of two indecent acts he is charged with after police say he also exposed himself to a 63-year-old woman

In July of 2024 8 District (Grimsby/Lincoln/West Lincoln) uniform officers and detectives from the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) began an indecent act investigation in the Town of West Lincoln.

On July 26, 2024, uniform officers responded to the area of Wade Road and Margaret Street in the Town of West Lincoln regarding a report of a male committing indecent acts near the walking bridge at the end of Wade Road. Investigation determined that the male suspect exposed himself to a child (female, 11 yrs.). A silver vehicle was observed in the area and was believed to belong to the suspect. The vehicle and suspect fled the area following the incident.

On Aug. 2, 2024, uniform officers responded to the area of Wade Road and Margaret Street in the Town of West Lincoln regarding a report of a male committing indecent acts near the walking bridge at the end of Wade Road. Investigation determined that the male suspect exposed himself to an adult (female, 63 yrs.). A witness was able to obtain a photo of the licence plate of the silver vehicle and a video of the suspect. The suspect fled the area in the silver vehicle.

8 District detectives were assigned to the investigation and a suspect was identified. On Aug. 7, 2024, Adam Zbigniew Gluchowski (34 yrs.) of Lincoln was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Indecent acts (two counts)
  • Exposure to person under the age of 16 years

Gluchowski was held in custody for a video bail hearing to the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines on Aug. 8, 2024.
