Missing person Gordon Head has been located and is safe, Niagara Police say.

ORIGINAL REPORT

The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is currently conducting a missing person investigation stemming from the City of St. Catharines.

Detectives assigned to 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) are currently searching for Gordon Head (61 years of age). He was last seen on Nov. 28, 2024 in the area of Facer Street and Grantham Avenue in the City of St. Catharines. His vehicle was last observed on Nov. 30, 2024, in Northbrook, Ont.

Head is described as follows:

  • Male
  • White
  • 5’11 feet tall
  • 175lbs, medium build
  • Short grey hair

Head was last seen wearing:

  • Red plaid jacket
  • Blue jeans

Head is believed to be operating

  • 2013 Grey Ford F-150 pickup truck
  • Ontario License Plate: AC46173

The police and Gordon’s family are concerned for his welfare. Anyone in the community who may have information related to his location are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1009573.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
