On Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at approximately 8 p.m., 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service attended the area of Arad Street in the City of Niagara Falls for a shooting.
The investigation remains ongoing by detectives with 2 District.
Detectives have reason to believe there is no threat to the public.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously are encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information that leads to an arrest.
