On Thursday, Aug. 20, 2020, at approximately 5 p.m., the Niagara Regional Police were called to the area of Dixon Street and Locus Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls for a report of a robbery.
Police located a male victim who had been robbed by two males who had fled the area prior to police arrival. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for minor injuries and later released. The victim and suspects were known to one another.
At the time of this incident, the victim was believed to have been assisted by someone in the area who has yet to be identified by investigators.
