Police investigating after 67-year-old woman found dead in St. Catharines apartment

Detectives are investigating following the suspicious sudden death of an adult female in the City of St. Catharines. 

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) uniform officers were called to an apartment in the area of Church and Court Streets.

When they arrived, they discovered a 67-year-old female deceased inside the apartment.

At this time, no arrests have been made. 

There is currently a police presence in the area with Homicide detectives, along with the Forensic Services Unit (FSU) investigating. 

They are asking anyone with information to come forward by calling 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009134.
