Robin has been located and is safe.  The NRPS would like thank the public and the media for their help in this matter. 

We have removed their photo from the original media release and our social media.  We would ask the public and media to consider doing the same for their privacy. 

Original report:

Officers from 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold)  of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for missing person Robin Parks. 

Robin was last seen on or about Oct. 24, 2024, at approximately 8 p.m. in the area of Fourth Avenue and First Street Louth in St. Catharines.  

His means of travel is by foot.

Robin is described as:

  • White male
  • Short mustache/beard
  • Grey shoulder length hair
  • Wearing black sweater, grey sweatpants, brown shoes

The police and Robins family are concerned for his welfare.  Anyone who may have information as to his location are asked to contact the NRPS at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1024325.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477.  Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
