KINCARDINE, Ont. - On Aug. 23, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol stopped a vehicle in Kincardine.
The driver was found to have been impaired by a drug.
Francois Bellemarre, 47, from St. Catharines was charged with:
- Operation while impaired
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance
- Operate motor vehicle without insurance
- Drive while licence is suspended
