On December 6, 2018 members of the Special Investigative Services-Morality Unit, with the assistance of the Guns, Gangs and Grows Unit and the St. Catharines Street Crime Unit concluded a three month drug investigation with the execution of six (6) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants. The warrants were executed at three dwelling houses, one hotel room and two motor vehicles. As a result of the search warrants and items seized search incident to arrest, police seized the following:237.6 grams of cocaine valued at $23760
124.5 grams of “purple heroin” (heroin and fentanyl) valued at $37350
16.7 grams of Heroin valued at $5000
13.2 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine valued at $2000
$70,000 CDN currency (approximately) as proceeds of crime
Brass Knuckles
HK P7M8 Handgun with Ammo (firearm reported stolen in 2014)
2013 Ford F150 motor vehicle as offence related property
Items related to drug trafficking including a cell phone, scales, money counter and packaging materials Charged as a result of the investigation are the following persons: Andrew MacDonald 30 years old from the City of Niagara Falls (26 charges total): Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking 5 Counts

Possession of a Prohibited WeaponTotal Value of Drugs Seized $68110 MacDonald and Gurley were held in custody pending a bail hearing on December 7, 2018 at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse in the City of St. Catharines.
Storey was released from custody with a future court date.
