Niagara Parks is pleased to introduce Chef Chris Totah as the new head chef at Table Rock House Restaurant. For his debut culinary event, Chef Totah and his team are inviting guests to a enjoy a six-course seafood feast on Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, starting at 6 p.m.
The exclusive menu is a celebration of the sea, featuring the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and bold flavour combinations inspired by Chef Totah’s culinary travels. Each course will be paired with a Niagara VQA wine thoughtfully selected to complement the diversity of flavour profiles. The journey will begin with velvety oysters that highlight the complexity of coastal waters and conclude with a decadent poached pear, infused with Niagara’s famous Icewine. Along the way, guests will stop to savour pan seared sea scallops matched by the crisp finish of a Fielding Estate Riesling before discovering why perfectly grilled lobster tails taste best with the wild black raspberry notes of a Clos Jordanne Pinot Noir.
The artfully curated seafood selection is matched with an upscale atmosphere, down-to-earth service and breathtaking views of the Horseshoe Falls to create a truly unforgettable dining experience.
