Peacefully with his family by his side at Linhaven on October the 8th 2024 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Lorraine (nee McAndrews) for 59 years. Loving Dad of Darlene (Scott) Duncan and Cheryl (Mark) Pathe. Proud Grandpa of Michael, Haley, Jessica and Emily. Dear brother of Betty, Calvin, David, Beverley, Louise, Jannette and John. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews and their families. Harvey was a retiree of GM after 35 years. He was dedicated to his family and became involved with the St. Catharines Ladies Softball League, coaching his daughter’s baseball teams which he enjoyed for many years. He also spent time involved with the league as an umpire. Harvey loved going out to watch his grandchildren play sports and was always their biggest fan. Harvey loved adventure and always lived life to the fullest. A very special thank you to Randy and Cheryl for their love and support and for always bringing a smile to Harv’s face. In honouring Harvey’s wishes, private family arrangements have taken place.
