On Monday, April 5, 2021 at approximately 7:18 a.m., 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) uniform officers and Emergency Medical Services attended the area of Lakeshore Road and Mcnab Road in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake in regards to an assist ambulance call.
Officers arrived on scene and located a deceased adult male on the side of the road at the location. Further investigation revealed that the male was struck by a vehicle.
Lakeshore Road, between Mcnab Road and Stewart Road, is expected to remain closed as the investigation remains on going by detectives with the Collision Reconstruction Unit.
