Police, family seek help locating missing Welland teenager

Police and teen's family say they are concerned for his welfare

Detectives from 3 District (Welland/Fonthill) of the Niagara Regional Police Service are searching for a missing teenager.

Keegan Allard, 14, was reported missing to police on Oct. 13.

He was last seen on Oct. 12 in the area of Prince Charles Drive and Prince Charles Drive South in Welland, police said in a release.

His means of travel is believed to be by foot.

Keegan is described as:

  • White male
  • Slim build
  • 5 ft. 7 in. tall
  • Shaved head

A clothing description is not known at this time, police said.

The police and Keegan's family are concerned for his welfare.  Anyone who may have information as to his location are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1009215.
