Officers from the 3 District – Welland/Pelham office of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for missing person Narinan Tourmrmch.
Narinan was last seen at approximately 12:02 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2024, at a family home in the area of Sara Drive and Alexandra Drive in the City of Thorold. This area is east of the 406 Hwy. and west of the Welland Canal near Port Robinson Road. She is believed to be on foot.
Narinan is described as:
- White female
- Medium build
- Brown eyes
Narinan was last seen wearing:
- White Hijab
- Black coat
- Black walking cane
Narinan has a medical condition that requires attention. Narinan is not familiar with the area and does not speak English.
The police and Narinan’s family are concerned for their welfare. Anyone who may have information as to her location are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, “dispatch” or option 3, extension 1023300.
Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
