Suspect sought in Niagara Falls break and enter

In November, detectives began an investigation in relation to a break and enter that occurred on Buckley Avenue in Niagara Falls

In November of 2024, detectives with the 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) Street Crime Unit with the Niagara Regional Police Service began an investigation in relation to a break and enter that occurred on Buckley Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls.

As a result of the investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect responsible.

On November 12, 2024 a search warrant was executed at an apartment in the area of Buckley Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls.

The following items were seized:

  • Black bb gun

Justin Ambursley (45 years old) of Niagara Falls is wanted for the following charges:

  • Fail to comply with probation order
  • Break and Enter Commit/Dwelling House

Ambursley is described as:

  • Male
  • Black
  • 5’7
  • Medium build
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes
